Thank you for applying to the LNA Program with LNA Health Careers! Please complete your application by selecting a payment option below. You may select just the application fee of $60 or you may opt to secure your space in class by making your downpayment of $725, or paying in full which is $1450.

100% tuition reimbursement is available from the State of NH to any student who pays for their course and chooses to work in long term care after graduation.  A representative will be contacting you shortly.
